What We Do in the Human Milk & Formula Center (HMFC):

  • Store and prepare specialized formulas for infants and children.
  • Prepare recipes for formula and/or human milk.
  • Distribute/deliver formula/milk to patient care units.
  • Check inventory and supplies.
  • Keep work areas sanitized.

About the Formula Room Tech Job:

  • Part-time: 24 hours per week, or three 8-hour shifts per week.
  • Our shifts are rotating and require every other weekend/holiday commitment.
  • Ideal candidates will be able to work any/all the following start times:
  • 6:00 AM -2:30 PM
  • 7:00 AM -3:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • 1:30 - 10:00 PM
  • 2:00 – 10:30 PM
  • Pay: $16.75/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential for evening shifts.
  • Eligible for benefits and paid time off.

  • Have nutrition/dietetics background or have worked in a kitchen facility.
