Evisceration department is the first operation portion of the processing. Job requires but no limited to the following:
- Standing 8 hours required
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule
- May be required to work some Saturdays and Sundays
- work at a fast pace
- good hand and eye coordination
- reaching and grasping
- lifting up to 50lbs
- twisting, bending and stooping
Current starting rate is $21.55 per hr.
