Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building rapport and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• Partnering with clients on shipping methods and custom packaging solutions
• Understanding the client’s goals and holding frequent calls to stay abreast of growth plans and projections
• Working closely with operations and customer service to resolve client issues quickly and successfully
• Inform clients of new services or solutions
• Assisting in client contract renewals and revisions
• Attending networking events and conferences

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5 + years’ experience as a relationship manager
• The ability to travel. Most of our clients are located in NYC, however some clients are located around the country, and we encourage in-person visits with them (about 25% of the time.)
• Experience with contract negotiation
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Possess a customer-oriented mindset
• Project management skills are a plus
• Familiar with creating and working with charts and graphs in Excel and PowerPoint, and eager to learn new skillsets
