Kaiser Aluminum Chandler Arizona is seeking a reliable and skilled Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced aluminum manufacturing facility. Laborers are responsible for performing various tasks to support the production process, ensuring the smooth operation of the factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have a willingness to learn.
Hourly pay rate: $19.33
Twelve (12) hour shifts 6AM to 6PM or 6PM to 6AM
Two days on, two days off, three days on and three days off
What will you work on:
- Assist in the assembly line process, ensuring all products are accurately assembled and meet quality standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment, as needed.
- Fabricate and assemble parts, components, and tools, following specific instructions and guidelines.
- Operate in a warehouse environment, handling raw materials and finished goods with care and efficiency.
- Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and forklifts to perform tasks, such as cutting, drilling, and lifting.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the factory.
