The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative, planning, and executive level support services of a confidential nature for the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Director of Philanthropy along with overall office management and administrative support. This position will also serve as the board liaison for the Providence Inland Northwest Foundation Board of Directors. The job requires the deepest and broadest depth and breadth of knowledge to accomplish assignments. The job assists the foundation team in meeting commitments across a broad range of goals, committees, and internal/external leadership groups.

This position will be primarily working onsite with the option to work remotely 1 day a week.
Required Qualification:
- 3 years of experience providing executive administration support to a Chief or Vice President level executive, preferably in the health care field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Project management experience
- Experience in health care and/or philanthropy
