- Lead the onboarding process for new commercial clients, including Know Your Customer (KYC) validation and full due diligence in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Open and set up new deposit accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and internal partners to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
- Respond to client requests in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner.
- Assist with project implementation and process improvement initiatives, providing feedback and supporting testing, documentation, and rollout of new tools, systems, or procedures.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls to mitigate risk.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
Education/Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related areas preferred
Prior Experience
- 5+ years Commercial Banking
Technical Skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of deposit account opening, onboarding processes, and regulatory compliance requirements (including KYC and CIP).
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
The salary range for this full-time position is $125,000.00 annually - $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
