We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can help us scale while building a brand that stands out — and gets surfaced — in an AI-first, search-transformed digital world.
This isn’t just about managing paid channels. It’s about shaping how Packaging Studio is perceived, discovered, and remembered. You’ll play a critical role in helping us become:

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Plan and optimize campaigns across paid search, social, display, and email
- Collaborate on landing pages, copy, and creatives that connect performance and brand voice
- Run experiments to improve conversions, reduce CAC, and grow ROI
- Build structured, in-depth, and reusable content
- Contribute to a strategy that ensures our pages are easily ingested, summarized, and cited by search engines and LLMs
- Think like a librarian, marketer, and journalist — organizing information to be both useful and discoverable
- Launch lead-gen programs that don’t just fill the funnel — they build lasting relationships
- Use HubSpot and Salesforce to track engagement, personalize campaigns, and map attribution
- Develop nurture strategies that convert attention into action
- Stay ahead of shifts in how people and machines discover information
- Monitor how our content ranks, gets pulled into snippets, and shows up in AI summaries
- Look beyond clicks — toward trust, citations, and influence
- Track campaign performance across key KPIs (CAC, CPL, MQL, etc.)
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to improve spend allocation and content output
- Use dashboards and data to tell stories, surface opportunities, and measure brand strength
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital demand gen, or growth roles
- Experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and email nurture flows
- Curiosity about how AI, LLMs, and semantic SEO are reshaping marketing strategy
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and basic marketing analytics
- A creative and analytical mind — able to write a compelling ad and calculate the CAC

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to $20,000 based on impact and KPIs
