The Senior Artworker role is responsible for producing digital artworks, reprographics and colour separations for all print disciplines.
What you'll be doing:
- Create and refine artwork for print and digital media, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Conduct thorough checks on all artwork to ensure it meets technical specifications and quality standards.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices to continuously improve skills and processes.
- Additional Responsibilities as Assigned.
This position is in our Trident Office located in Cincinnati, OH
We’d love to hear from you if:
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency or in-house design team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and feedback clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
