River Region Psychiatry Associates, doing business as Ally Psychiatry, is seeking a part-time Inpatient Social Worker (BSW required) to join our team at Mizell Hospital in Opp, Alabama.

Position Details:

• Role: Inpatient Social Work / Discharge Planning
   
• Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
   
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends
   
• Location: Mizell Hospital, Opp, AL
   

Responsibilities:

• Provide discharge planning and coordination for psychiatric inpatients
   
• Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure continuity of care
   
• Communicate with families, outpatient providers, and community resources
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW required)
   
• Experience in inpatient behavioral health or medical social work preferred
   
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Requirements

Education

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

Experience

• Prior experience in providing mental health counseling services within a clinical setting
