About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Program Support Analyst to support planning and management of the end-to-end branch refurbishment program. This role contributes to the coordination and tracking all sites within scope and associated Branch Request Center submissions and change control processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in reporting and analytics, along with a foundational understanding of project management principles and a history of teamwork across lines of business.  

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in gathering and organizing information to support strategic planning efforts across internal teams and external partners.
  • Support tracking of numerous key metrics and design pipeline milestones across project phases and aggregate data from multiple sources to support Executive-level reporting.
  • Help prepare weekly PowerPoint summaries covering program status, completions, risk summaries, and OKR progress.
  • Participate in documenting and/or tracking processes that support annual Refurb goals, including identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support coordination of partner updates in systems such as Protrack and SharePoint, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Help summarize key considerations for planning discussions and contribute to meeting preparation and follow-up.
  • Support coordination across multiple workstreams by maintaining timelines, tracking action items, scheduling work sessions, and helping to facilitate team meetings.
  • Assist in monitoring changes to project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and help communicate updates.
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement efforts by helping prepare communications, track feedback, and support alignment across teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business execution, project coordination, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Understanding of key project management principles in a corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build relationships.
  • Interest in learning about business process improvement and change management.
  • Experience supporting meetings, tracking deliverables, and summarizing outcomes.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge with ability to summarize data and create clear, concise presentations for leadership.

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and project oversight.
  • Hybrid schedule; 3 days in office, 2 days remote
