About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the program management of high-visibility brand partnerships and campaigns, overseeing timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple internal and external teams.
- Build, maintain, and manage program trackers and status reports to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability across all workstreams.
- Drive operational excellence through structured processes, clear documentation, and consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Support the creation and delivery of executive communications, progress updates, and recap materials related to partnership programs.
- Serve as a central point of contact between internal cross-functional (xFN) teams, agency partners, and brand collaborators.
- Facilitate seamless information flow between creative, marketing, communications, and legal partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Partner closely with the Brand & Communications Program Manager and other internal leads to manage interdependent timelines and deliverables.
- Manage and triage inbound partnership requests, including evaluation of new opportunities and use of existing brand relationships.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to assess feasibility, brand alignment, and resource needs.
- Support the development and maintenance of frameworks for partnership intake, evaluation, and prioritization.
- Partner with creative and storytelling teams to operationalize partnership campaigns, ensuring deliverables are tracked and executed against briefed goals.
- Co-manage workstreams with content and social teams to support partnership-related activations, ensuring consistent messaging and cohesive brand expression.
- Monitor campaign progress and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within brand marketing, partnerships, or integrated campaigns.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across internal and external teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities with agility and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on brand partnerships, sponsorship programs, or co-marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with creative development processes and campaign operations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
