Work You’ll Do
As a Robotic Process Automation Developer on the project, you will:
- Collaborates with client stakeholders, process experts, developers, and engagement team members.
- Analyzes and qualifies business processes for automation suitability.
- Designs AI Automation solutions tailored to financial system environments.
- Conducts testing and validation of automation capabilities.
- Provides ongoing support and operational oversight for deployed automation tools.
- Ensures alignment of automation initiatives with client objectives and system constraints.
- Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years’ experience in the following: Process Automation, Business Process Requirements Gathering, and Cognitive & Robotics Process Automation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required
- Ability to work onsite daily at the client site in Chantilly, VA.
- Security+ certification
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
