Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
- 8 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise applications like SerivceNow, Salesforce, Workday, Tririga etc.
- 5 years of experience with leading business transformation with technology strategy.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions leveraging agent architectures, including a strong understanding of agent frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and utilizing knowledge graphs for enhanced data understanding and AI capabilities.
- Experience in the commercial real estate domain, including familiarity with CRE systems, processes, and data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will drive the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions within Google's enterprise application landscape. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in driving Enterprise Solution design, building AI agents and workflows to solve business issues, particularly within the Spaces Engineering domain for Google’s Real Estate and Workplace Services. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of business transformation, leveraging an understanding of enterprise applications in business domains such as workplace solutions, employee services and amenities, building operations and workplace design.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to identify business needs and translate them into clear, technically sound solution designs.
- Develop detailed solution documentation, including data flows, system integrations, and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
- Assess and recommend suitable Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) technologies, tools, and platforms that align with business needs and technical constraints.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development oversight, testing, and deployment.
