About the role

The In Room Dining Manager ­­­­­­­is an essential member of Food & Beverage leadership team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

What you will do

• Supervise the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms & suites.

• The ability to monitor all amenities so they are delivered on time and are properly maintained

• The ability to ensure the cleanliness of Room Service and guest hallways by establishing 
  and enforcing clean-up schedules.

• The ability to prepare weekly, monthly and yearly goals and budgets.

• The ability to prepare staff schedules according to forecasts, daily and weekly payroll reports and scheduled functions.

• The ability to coordinate and execute functions or special receptions in rooms, suites and 
  boardrooms.

• Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work.

• The ability to multitask and prioritize is essential for this position.

What you bring

• We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting. 

• Applicants are required to have one to two years previous employment in a related position. 

• A college degree is preferred.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, or similar environment

• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.

• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
