Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and supportive teammates.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting daily scrum reviews for various projects in Hennigsdorf.
  • Providing support in creating and improving ADS reports and real-time KPIs.
  • Enhancing dashboards for projects while maintaining a standard format.
  • Fostering awareness of Lean in Development principles across functions.
  • Creating ADS items based on OdY.C exports.
  • Providing first-level support to end users and resolving application-related incidents.
  • Training and coaching end users on application modules and processes.
  • Participating actively in the Key User Community.
  • Conducting acceptance and regression testing for tickets, change requests, and support packages.
  • Contributing to the development of new solutions and participating in solution evaluation and acceptance.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience (minimum of 5 years).
  • Experience working in a diverse and international environment.
  • Experience from customer projects (desirable).
  • Experience leading distant teams (desirable).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in international settings.
  • Knowledge of engineering design and project methodologies (e.g., DFQ, Project Manual, Engineering Manual).
  • Understanding of tool architecture and infrastructure to interface with IS&T.
  • Knowledge of general railway businesses (TIS, S&I, RSC, TLS) and industrial processes (Delmia, GSI, MES).
  • Leadership and communication skills to act as a change leader.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities.
