The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for performing general non-clinical duties and specific services necessary to expedite the efficient functioning of the nursing unit. This position ensures that administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly. This role supports the nursing staff by managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communication within the unit. In addition, this position assists with the admission, transfer, and discharge processes. Additionally, this role actively participates in providing outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all individuals. Responsibilities for this role include performing administrative tasks, supporting nursing staff, managing patient records, coordinating communication, assisting with patient processes, and providing customer service.

- Accesses the medication room to place medications in a secure area upon arrival to the floor.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· High School graduate or equivalent.
· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
