HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is seeking a Tester for its Fuel Shop to join our highly skilled team on the second shift. The Tester will perform functional testing and troubleshooting of aircraft fuel components including, but not limited to pumps and valves in accordance wtih OEM specifications, customer requirements and Repair Station procedures. This position plays a key role in ensuring components are eligible for return to service by verifying the performance of the component following repair, overhaul or modification.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate and maintain test stands and specialized fule system test equipment.
- Conduct functional and performance tests on fuel components to verify compliance with OEM and customer specifications.
- Interpret test data, record results accurately and identify nonconformities.
- Perform troubleshooting to isolate faults.
- Complete all required documentation, including test results and quality records.
- Follow company procedures.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers to improve test processes and resolve technical issues.
