Quanex is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team located in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
In this role, you will work finished product, loading trucks, and transferring materials to and from machining centers. You will be performing repetitive work, requiring strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity skills.

What’s attractive about the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator?
- Hours & Pay w/ overtime potential:
- 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday) - $20-24 per hour + potential overtime
- Pay based on experience.
- Position Location: St. Cloud, Minnesota
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistently follows all safety procedures and maintains a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Accurately completes all documentation, shipping records, and ERP entries with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Demonstrates reliability by meeting or exceeding daily production and shipping goals.
- Operates forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently to move materials, load/unload trucks, and stage shipments.
- Coordinates effectively with supervisors, quality, and shipping teams to ensure products are ready for on-time delivery.
- Maintains proper inventory levels of packaging and shipping supplies, communicating needs proactively.
- Uses computer systems (E21/ERP, Excel, email) confidently to manage orders, print labels, and generate bills of lading.
- Takes initiative to identify and suggest process or procedural improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of related warehouse and inventory experience
- 6 months of forklift experience; ability to pass OSHA-required practical and written exams
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
