Proudly Voted a Top Place to Work by the Boston Globe and USA Today in 2024 — because we take care of our people like you take care of your patients.
Let’s be honest — you didn’t become a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) just to count reps and chase paperwork. You’re here to help people regain independence, one adaptive technique at a time. At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), we’re clinician-owned, which means we actually understand what it’s like in the field. No micromanaging, no mileage mystery math — just real support, flexible schedules, and a team that gets it.
We’re growing fast (on purpose), and we’re looking for a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the Walpole residential area of Massachusetts who are ready to ditch the cookie-cutter hours and make a difference — without burning out.

 - Teach patients and caregivers how to safely do the things that matter — from brushing teeth to mastering the microwave.
 - Document clearly and efficiently in our user-friendly EMR.
 - Deliver care that’s hands-on, heart-forward, and never boring.
