Description
•Provides administrative coordination for Dining Services.
•Works closely with all Dining supervisors/managers to keep records accurate.
•Accurately records all purchasing invoices and posts to appropriate Dining Services accounting
ledgers.
•Accurately completes sales, expense, special function, household nourishment, census and
other operating reports.
•Accurately prepares and enters operational and financial records for weekly and end-of-month
reports.
•Coordinates the POS system on the backend, making corrections, reporting, and programming for the POS system.
•Responsible for cash and check reconciliation and payments.
•Provides customer service and responds to inquiries and requests made by residents and staff.
•Adheres to dress code required for role.
•Demonstrates dependability, competence, accuracy and is observant.
•Adheres to compliance policies regarding confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and resident and client
rights.
•Complies with regulatory agency standards and applicable policies and procedures.
•Complies with safety and infection control protocols in all aspects of the job.
•Demonstrates understanding of the Code of Conduct and abides by its guidelines in all aspects of
the job.
•Attends in-services and team meetings as required for role.
•Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
•High school diploma/GED or demonstrated proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
•Prior experience in related role preferred.
•Possesses mathematical skills to calculate figures, compute costs, and able to apply concepts of
basic algebra.
•Proficient in general office management, payroll and other data entry, and word processing.
•Proficient in use of computer and related technology required for the role.
•Good verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills required.
