Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Fulfillment!
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Fulfillment Supervisor to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you’re passionate about warehouse operations, logistics leadership, and driving fulfillment excellence, this is your opportunity to make an impact at one of the world’s premier printing and packaging facilities.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite/ Nights
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate + bonus eligibility + full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO)
What You’ll Do
Supervise and support Fulfillment team members to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Manage daily warehouse workflows, order fulfillment accuracy, and schedule adherence.
Monitor KPIs for quality, cost, and delivery performance, reporting progress to management.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment with production, logistics, and customer service teams.
Enforce compliance with company safety, quality, and security standards.
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and data reporting.
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of ISO, OSHA, and 5S principles preferred.
Excellent communication and team-building skills in a high-volume environment.
