We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
- Provide quality care to patients from birth to end of life, in a compassionate patient and family-centered ambulatory environment.
- Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness and education and provide chronic condition management/education.

Qualifications
- Graduate of school of nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Work Experience
- 6 months of RN experience Required
- Relevant RN experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
- CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
