In this dynamic role, you will lead and manage the day-to-day kitchen utility operations and ensure every element of service ware, kitchen cleanliness, and banquet preparation meets impeccable standards. This position requires overseeing dish room operations, night cleaning, and banquet service logistics to enhance guest and associate satisfaction while adhering to budgetary goals. You’ll work closely with Food & Beverage management and other departments, championing a supportive environment that encourages team excellence and superior guest service. Must have kitchen experience along with inventory and management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utility Operations & Quality Control: Oversee dish room and night cleaning, ensuring top standards in cleanliness, sanitation, and food handling.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Maintain supplies, kitchen equipment, and manage inventory to ensure seamless service.
- Banquet & Event Coordination: Partner with banquet teams for smooth food running and plating.
- Staff Training & Performance: Train utility staff on safety and sanitation, and provide performance feedback.
- Guest Satisfaction & Budget Oversight: Address guest feedback and manage expenses to meet department goals.
