Due Diligence Regional Leader
TTI Environmental, Inc. is an integrated environmental services contractor and consulting firm. Founded in 1985, TTI services government, industrial, commercial, academic, financial, and private clients nationwide and is headquartered in Moorestown, NJ. Experienced, certified, and licensed professionals work directly with clients to provide sound solutions to environmental challenges. TTI is seeking a motivated individual to fill a full-time position for Due Diligence Leader in the Pennsylvania Market of our Environmental Consulting Division. Viable candidates must be located east of Lancaster, PA. This is a hybrid position – working from a home office, out of clients’ sites, and with rare trips to TTI’s Moorestown office.
Responsibilities
- Project Management – Manage due diligence and site remediation projects including proposal creation, budget, schedule, and invoicing
- People Management – Manage a small team of environmental associates including performance oversight, mentorship, and growth
- Revenue Goals – Track Monthly sales and meet profit goals
- Business Development – Be a seller-doer by developing client relationships, building new client base, and identifying opportunities for new clients/projects
- Field Work – Oversight of field activities including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling tasks including scheduling, subcontractor management, client communication, and data tracking
- Technical Writing – Reporting in accordance with state regulatory requirements
Requirements
- A B.S. in a related field such as Geology, Environmental Science, Geological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 6 years’ direct regional experience in environmental consulting and due diligence
- Qualification as an Environmental Professional (EP) in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 312.10(b)
- OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operator Certification a plus
- Excellent computer skills
- Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills with ability to write clear, concise, and thorough environmental reports
- Thorough understanding of PADEP regulations
- Must be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with credentials, education, and experience.
