Reports To: Sr Space Planning Analyst
Internship Type: Paid Internship
Location: Green Bay Support Office (De Pere, Wisconsin)
Duration: Fall 2025
The Business Analytics Intern will support the Space Planning team in executing assortment and planogram strategies across various categories. This internship offers hands-on experience in retail space planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will assist in gathering data, preparing reports, and contributing to the development of planograms under the guidance of experienced analysts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the planogram development process by gathering product data, organizing files, and supporting documentation needs.
- Help compile and analyze basic assortment data using Excel and other tools.
- Participate in team meetings to observe and learn how insights are presented and decisions are made.
- Support communication between merchandising, store operations, and vendor partners by preparing meeting notes and summaries.
- Help maintain planogram documentation and ensure files are properly stored and accessible.
- Contribute to the execution of new store and remodel initiatives by assisting with layout documentation and setup coordination.
- Perform administrative tasks and support special projects as assigned.
- Maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the internship schedule.

Required:
- Strong interest in retail, merchandising, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Exposure to retail or merchandising through coursework, part-time work, or extracurricular activities.
- Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
