Fairgrounds Maintenance Technician

Maintain Fairgrounds facilities for year-round usage. Supervise the activities of temporary workers, contracted help and volunteers. Manage Fairgrounds events (to include Fair), supervising events to ensure satisfaction of customer and protection of county assets. Perform preventive, scheduled, and custodial maintenance of grounds and facilities. Typical work schedule: Flex 4-5-9 alternate Thursday off & Friday, Saturday off. Additional day, evening, weekend and/or holiday hours may be required. This position includes an annual clothing allowance of $150. Generally, the hiring range is $47,936-$59,920 annually.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS: A valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain before hire is required.
