Description
Responsibilities
- Work with partner and product team to coordinate project schedules
 - Coordinate rollout of implementation across client locations
 - Serve as primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day basis
 - Assist QA staff from product team with product testing
 - Educate users on software functionality as well as on data entry, system administration, user security, and user permissions
 - Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training, both on site and via webinars
 - Create both client-facing and internal documentation
 - Act as liaison between partner and the product team, including conveying technical information so that non-technical individuals can understand
 - Perform other duties as assigned
 - Work will be required on weekends as needed
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or comparable work experience in a customer focused project role
 - Knowledge of the payments industry and point of sale devices preferred
 - Experience managing customer success initiatives preferred
 - Ability to analyze business processes and develop a practical and useful system to support them
 - Excellent communication skills
 - Technical Writing & Documentation skills
 - Strong problem solving and analytical skills
 - Keen attention to detail.
 - Proficient with Microsoft Office.
 - Ability to be effective in a fast-paced environment balancing different roles on different projects.
