About the Role
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for concepting, shooting, and editing trend-led video and static content for a diverse range of brands. You will be social media OBSESSED, always up to date with emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform best practices.
You will work closely with both the Organic and Paid Social teams to create high-performing content that drives engagement, increases followers, and delivers against business objectives. The role requires strong creative instincts, an understanding of what performs on social media, and the ability to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce social-first content (video and stills) for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Ideate and film original video assets using a mobile device and edit within or outside of social apps.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends, sounds, and formats to ensure all content feels fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the wider creative, organic, and paid teams to develop content strategies and campaign concepts.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and objectives.
- Present creative ideas, concepts, and insights to stakeholders for review and feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute proactively to creative brainstorms, bringing innovative and trend-led ideas to the table.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio of social-first work.
- Proven experience in shooting and editing engaging short-form video content.
- Deep understanding of social media culture, trends, and pop culture moments.
- Eye for design, staging, and styling across fashion, home, and beauty content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other editing and design tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Highly organised, detail-orientated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Base Salary Range: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
