Job Description:

Business Management function is designed to help drive growth in wealth management by implementing a sales process that brings the full DB capabilities to the benefit of our clients incorporating investment content, client analytics and prospecting activity. The Business Manager is the go-to person for sub-market heads on multiple topics and is in charge of the sales operating rhythm. He / she should follow a standardized sales process and framework defined including weekly reporting, pipeline management, prospects list management, team meetings, sales meetings, production of standard reports.
Responsibilities:
Management support:
Provide support required by team head in terms of financials, book screening or strategic analysis.
Support team heads in the production of required updates for the respective Management and Strategy meetings.
Support team head with meeting coordination, calendar management, and documentation.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely submission of reports and material to internal stakeholders.
Financials:
Follow-up on Financials to ensure proper revenues recognition to the respective sub-markets.
Provide detailed analysis with the support of Finance functions to analyze the current status versus targets, future achievements and forecasts.
Prospecting activity management:
Focus on new account funding and prospecting efforts for the region.
Support Key Client initiative identifying relevant clients and providing necessary data.
Process/Validate travel approvals and other expenses in DB tools.
Skills:
2-3 years experience in a business support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Written and oral English. Any other language is desirable (German, Spanish, French.
Highly organized and proactive person with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
Basic knowledge of the Bank’s products and services as well as understanding of bank industry organization and regulation.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
