Are you smart, curious, and eager to learn how a business truly runs from the inside out? Zinda Law Group is seeking a Business Rotational Associate — an entry-level role designed for high-achieving recent graduates or MBA candidates who want to gain hands-on experience across Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources while contributing to meaningful projects.


This is a unique opportunity to work directly with department leaders and executive management, completing administrative and analytical tasks that drive real business outcomes. You’ll rotate through key areas of the organization, learning how each department contributes to our overall success — preparing you for future leadership roles.


What You’ll Do

  • Support cross-department initiatives in Finance, Marketing, and HR, performing a variety of administrative and project-based tasks.
  • Assist with budgeting, reporting, and data tracking in Finance.
  • Help execute marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications.
  • Participate in HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and develop strategic insights.
  • Receive mentorship and ongoing professional development focused on leadership and business management.


Who You Are

  • A recent graduate or MBA student (preferably from UT or a comparable program) with a strong academic record.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.
  • A strong communicator and team player who enjoys working across departments.
  • Not necessarily sure of your long-term career path — but excited to explore multiple facets of business operations.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
