Vitalant is seeking a Clinical Apheresis Manager dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Clinical Manager, is vital. Contribute to Vitalant’s life saving mission by supervising, mentoring, and coordinating Clinical Apheresis staff, as well as managing operational activities. You will preform therapeutic apheresis procedures, collaborating with the Clinical Apheresis Director to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

As a Clinical Apheresis Manager, you’ll get to:
- Manage Clinical Apheresis staff, including conducting performance reviews, establishing training programs, implement competency assessments.
- Oversee staff scheduling, PTO, and on-call duties, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to policies.
- Maintain department records, prepare reports, and conduct chart audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Director to develop, manage, and monitor the department budget, while contributing to the formulation and implementation of departmental goals.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and physicians, addressing challenging patient issues and reporting to the Director as needed. Collaborate with staff to resolve issues relating to patients and/or work flow.
