Delivery Specialist

Location: Production Farm

Reports to: Department Managers, Assistant Department Managers, and Supervisors

This role requires attention to detail and a can-do attitude. Trustworthiness is essential, as you will be off the property for long periods, representing the company. Delivery Specialists will assist across departments related to deliveries, including loading and unloading trucks. Occasionally, you may be given tasks outside the ordinary or asked to assist other departments. Any process involving Team Members in this department should be supported or led by the Delivery Team. There may also be times when you will work with two or three Team Members to complete a task. The success of the company, not just one department or job description, is the ultimate goal.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a USDOT physical to drive.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Essential Functions:

• May include a variety of weather conditions including hot, humid, cold or wet, and direct sun exposure.
• Must be able to stand squat, bend, lift arms above head, and lift around 50lbs. Anything over 50lbs needs to be team lifted.
• Variety of surfaces including gravel, concrete, mud, dirt, or other surfaces. 
• Must be available to work agreed upon availability.
• Able to stand and walk on your feet for multiple hours at a time with breaks as required by law.
• Operate effectively in a high paced setting involving various individuals and teams.

• Manage, organize, and keep in working order all tools provided by the location.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all tasks.
• Operate skid steer, forklift and dingo.
• Be comfortable driving large truck and/or trailer.
• Be on-time and present, ready to go every shift.
• Execute daily work lists as assigned.
• Answer phone calls and Radios.
• Load and unload trucks, hard goods, customer deliveries, etc.
• Maintain proper PPE when using cleaners and sterilant, while keeping workspaces clean and organized.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by store leadership.
