Responsibilities:
Collaborate and Communicate
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective digital solutions.
 - Present insights and findings compellingly to various stakeholders.
 
Data Extraction and Integration
- Retrieve and compile data from diverse sources.
 - Cleanse, transform, and integrate data into comprehensive datasets.
 
Report Development
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools.
 
- Update and maintain existing BI solutions for optimal performance.
 
- Document data models and BI solutions to ensure easy reference and maintenance.
 
KPI and Safety Metrics Improvement
- Improve KPI reporting and data visualizations for existing safety metrics.
 
- Work across functions to identify what is working and not related to our safety reporting.
 
- Collaborate with the CI Digital team to identify and implement improvement plans.
 
- Review department-level KPI metrics to identify any gaps in reporting.
 
- Work with stakeholders to identify what is needed and build/execute a plan to address reporting needs.
 
- Document and map key metrics and calculations.
 
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in DAX & SQL.
 - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
 - Knowledge of Lean & Agile methodologies.
 - Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
 - Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
 - Willingness and eagerness to learn and grow.
 
Education:
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Business Administration (preferred).
 
Physical Requirements:
- This position generally involves sitting for extended periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting.
