As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of the shipping life cycle to get Jazwares' product to the shelf in a timely manner. This role will work across an exciting portfolio of brands, build relationships with buyers, replenishment managers, planners, and logistics teams.
In this role, you will be expected to analyze current and future sales and inventory trends, look for solutions to ensure the timeliness of modulars, in-store features, and dot-com initiatives. Will also analyze team processes and team analytics to take our business to the next level with best-in-class replenishment models. This role is responsible for navigating an ever-changing landscape and working collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams. This role requires a dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence and customer service.
What You Will Do:
- Manage high-growth and evergreen brands, collaborate with internal operations, sales, procurement, and inventory planning teams.
- Collaborate with various departments cross-functionally to oversee mass retailers' inventory management throughout the entire ordering cycle, from purchase order to shelf.
- Work as a liaison between sales operations, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and the appropriate mass retailer's team.
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle, identify red flags, and escalate accordingly.
- Manage key dates with our internal team as well as Walmart to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement sustainable solutions to address in-stock issues, ensuring long-term efficiency and effectiveness, while avoiding temporary or short-term fixes.
- Analyze point of sale data and assess sales velocities to identify opportunities for product chase and cancellations.
- Monitor and track performance of rollbacks and out-of-aisle features to optimize sales strategies.
- Identify and resolve root causes of inventory issues (e.g., inaccurate forecasts, lead time variability).
- Ensure modular items in stock remain at or above 98% during the product life cycle on the shelf.
- Trigger timely replenishment orders based on demand signals, promotions, seasonality, or new product introductions.
- Identifying issues with aged inventory within a time period before it becomes a problem.
- Work with the internal business intelligence team to build and manage domestic inventory dashboards, which will be utilized by Senior Management for order placing.

What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experienced with CPG Vendors and Retailers.
- 5+ years in replenishment, operational management, sales operations, or related operations, analytics, and sales support roles.
- Mass retail experience: 5+ years (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Retail Link and Scintilla.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced understanding of Excel & G-Suite.
- Must have strong cross-functional collaboration skills, demonstrated ability to successfully influence other cross-functional teams, from managers to individual contributors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
- Expertise in reporting and analytics, as well as an understanding of workflows, customer needs, and underlying technology.
- Strong analytical skills to identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- The individual must possess and employ the highest ethical business standards and always conduct himself/herself with the greatest degree of professional integrity.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain focus on key operational goals.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Extensive review of current POS trends and forecasting.
- Ensure all products ship from China, Cambodia, India ,and Vietnam on time + manage Domestic POs. Working with the Demand Team to ensure we have the correct amount of product always on order and available to ship.

The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
