Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our Sales Operations team in Boston for Summer 2026. This team plays a critical role in supporting business development, optimizing processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making to drive growth and operational efficiency across the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist with business development initiatives by conducting market research, profiling clients, and identifying strategic growth opportunities across key sectors and regions.  

  • Support data analysis and visualization efforts to inform strategic decisions, including the creation of dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.  

  • Contribute to workflow enhancements in Salesforce and help document best practices.  

  • Help build and maintain reports and dashboards to improve visibility into Salesforce usage and activity.  

  • Participate in data quality initiatives by reviewing, validating, and organizing information within internal systems. 

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; rising Juniors and Seniors preferred 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities 

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
