We’re currently hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for our Hospital Float Pool in La Crosse, WI. This is a dynamic opportunity to broaden your clinical expertise across multiple specialties while enjoying variety, flexibility, and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Work 64 hours per pay period (0.8 FTE) with your choice of:

  • 8-hour rotating Day and Night shifts (0630–1500 and 2230-0700),

  • Every other weekend and three holidays per year

• Float across diverse inpatient units including medical-surgical, critical care, behavioral health, and more

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of RNs, CNAs, therapists, social workers, and clinicians

What You’ll Receive:

• Starting pay of $38.01/hour, with additional compensation based on experience

• $2.50/hour float differential, plus shift, weekend, and holiday differentials

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing

• RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)

• Current BLS certification (Infant–Adult) for Health Care Providers
