As a Change & Engagement Associate, you’ll play a vital role in powering global transformation efforts. You’ll be the operational backbone of change initiatives—ensuring smooth coordination, timely updates, and consistent processes across regions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting dots across teams, and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Documentation
- Own and maintain multiple trackers, ensuring accuracy and usability through regular engagement with users.
- Partner with deployment teams across regions to support change rollouts and ensure alignment with local needs.
Governance & Process Support
- Facilitate and document headcount request processes in line with FLPO governance standards.
- Support the planning and execution of FLPO-specific meetings, including agenda prep and follow-ups.
Data & Reporting
- Compile monthly updates for key initiatives and contribute to dashboard inputs that inform leadership decisions.
- Track KPIs and engagement metrics to help measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
Project Ownership
- Lead projects that enhance change and engagement operations—such as improving a process, piloting a new tool, or creating a resource.
- Present findings and recommendations to the Lead and relevant stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Clear and professional written communication
- Collaborative mindset with a basic understanding of change management principles
