YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You’ll be responsible for designing engaging blended learning journeys that align with defined learning targets and objectives

•  You’ll create trainer guidelines, enable trainers to deliver key concepts effectively, and support them throughout the learning process

• You’ll work closely with instructional designers, guiding the development of digital learning content that complements your learning journeys

• You’ll collaborate with international program owners and internal stakeholders to define learning goals, select appropriate formats, and ensure impactful delivery

• You’ll oversee learning journeys from rollout to ensure they are maintained and updated as needed, and act as the ongoing contact for global stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• A completed degree in (media) education, instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field

• Experience in designing and implementing blended learning solutions, ideally in an international context

• Strong ability to translate learning targets into structured learning journeys, actionable trainer guidelines, and coordinated digital content

• Excellent communication skills in English (Fluent - Mandatory), with the ability to inspire and guide trainers

• Creativity, instructional sensitivity, attention to detail, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work

• Strong initiative and collaborative mindset, keeping the passion for improving learning experiences
