ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to join Tide’s Germany Country Operations team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our German product portfolio across all offerings to members. 

Working closely with Germany’s senior leadership, developers, product managers, and Country Commercial Managers, you’ll build visibility through dashboards, and drive operational excellence in the market.

  • Analysing operational performance, tracking business metrics, and identifying root causes of inefficiencies.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards to track performance, ensure transparency, and enable data-driven decisions.
  • Owning and delivering cross-functional data projects across business units, related to the German Market.
  • Monitoring and reporting on process and product performance, ensuring swift corrective actions when needed.
  • Managing and resolving escalations related to product performance.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Have 3+ years of experience in Product/ Commercial Analytics, preferably within digital or Fintech products
  • Strong SQL/Python proficiency
  • Are proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented, with a strong drive to improve processes.
  • Experience capturing stakeholder requirements across various levels of seniority and functions and building appropriate analytical solutions
  • Comfortable in leading and solving vague and ambiguous problems with minimal guidance
  • Good communication and presentation skills and skilled in translating complex data analysis into insights presentable to business users
  • You have a strong ownership mindset, you take initiative in spotting opportunities and finding ways to solve challenges with data; you don’t wait for things to be told to you
  • You form relationships within the business in order to help with the adoption of data driven decision making
