Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective learners through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, understanding their career goals and guiding them through the enrollment journey.
- Build trust-based relationships with learners, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their career transition decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and enhance outreach effectiveness.
- Work closely with program and operations teams to align on learner needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales or registration targets while maintaining a learner-first mindset.
- Collect and share learner insights and feedback to help improve offerings and optimize the sales approach.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or learner success (experience in EdTech is a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to empathize with learners’ professional challenges.
- A self-driven, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute to both strategy and execution.
- Genuine passion for education, career growth, and creating positive learner outcomes.
