Talent Acquisition Coordinator presso Goodwill NNE

Location: Gorham, Maine

Pay: 48k - 52k

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an HR professional who keeps the organization well-staffed by partnering with hiring managers in assigned business units to hire candidates that best fit Goodwill NNE's culture and business goals. Duties include the following:  

• Partnering with Business units to develop strategies for attracting talent. 
• Uses various online platforms to source candidates, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.  
• Manages the hiring process from posting the job to onboarding in partnership with hiring managers. 
• Represents the Agency at job fairs and recruiting events.   
• Develops and maintains working knowledge of all positions within the assigned business unit(s) and relative industry(s).   

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in person and on the phone. 
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. 
• Ability to be resourceful and problem solve. 
• Ability to work independently and within teams. 
• Proficient knowledge of a Windows environment, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
• Excellent organizational skills, process-oriented, and maintain attention to detail. 
• High school diploma or GED required.  
• Valid driver's license permitting operation of a vehicle with a safe driving record.       
• A Criminal background check that meets Agency standards of minimum qualifications.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

• One year of Human Resources/recruiting experience. 
• College Degree in HR or Business Administration.    
• Experience with HR data analysis and metric-based decision making.
