Job Summary:
Supports SCIS processes and system enabling support to the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team to optimize the utilization of supply chain systems. The incumbent works closely with customers, partners and other stakeholders, including suppliers, in the implementation and support of the supply chain roadmap, standards and best practices. The incumbent supports day-to-day content management activities, assists in the development of business requirements and works with the Business Systems Team in planning and implementation of process and system enhancements.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate’s/Technical Degree in business or healthcare or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
- Two years' related experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for all aspects related to the creation, maintenance and deletion of non-transactional (Master) data within the Materials Management modules of the PCSC ERP application. The incumbent works closely with respective stakeholder to process maintenance requests related to these data elements
- The incumbent works closely with Strategic Sourcing Contract Managers and Analysts to facilitate the creation, maintenance and deletion of AH system-wide procurement items within PCSC, and within related applications. Troubleshoots and monitors EDI interface/transactions
- The incumbent works closely with Adventist Health’s supplier community (manufacturers and distributors) to ensure that all related Master data is complete and accurate.
- The incumbent audits activities to ensure that standardization policies and procedures are followed appropriately at all levels
- Responsible for all aspects related to reporting from PCSC
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
