WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Exemplifies MCR’s values and sets a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Perform repair and preventative maintenance for Video Gaming Device (VGD) and related components as required.
• Maintain proper documentation on department gaming repair logs and applicable electronic systems to comply with gaming regulations, internal controls and MIC policy and procedures.
• Review work orders, manuals, schematic diagrams, and instructions to determine the tools, parts and equipment required to complete assignments.
• Complete installation, movement, and removal of VGD units and related equipment projects under VGD Technical Manager and VGD Assistant Manager.
• Creates, maintains, and facilitates a positive and safe work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Performs other tasks/duties as assigned.

 WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

• Electronics degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience providing electronic troubleshooting and repairing of Video Gaming Devices, unit components, and/or industry standard slot machines.

HOW YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure deadlines and stressful situations.
