Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative Influencer & Social Media Specialist to help bring our content strategy to life. In this role, you’ll execute the social and influencer components of our integrated content calendar, manage user-generated content (UGC) programs, and support the creation of engaging assets across multiple formats — from photos and videos to graphics and carousels.
You’ll work closely with the Manager, Content & Social Strategy, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure our content connects across owned, earned, and paid channels. Reports to: Manager, Content & Social Strategy
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Calendar Execution
- Collaborate with the Manager and agency partners to build and manage monthly social content calendars that align with the brand’s broader marketing priorities.
- Execute day-to-day posting and scheduling across key channels, ensuring all content is optimized for platform and audience.
- Review and approve agency-submitted copy and scheduled posts for alignment with brand voice, visual standards, and timing.
- Use social media management tools (Emplifi, Canva, or similar) to coordinate publishing and reporting.
- Ensure all published content is stored and tagged appropriately in Bynder.
Influencer & Creator Program Support
- Partner with the Manager and agency teams on influencer and creator campaign execution — from briefing and approvals to tracking and reporting.
- Serve as a daily contact for agency and influencer communication, ensuring deliverables meet contract requirements and brand standards.
- Oversee influencer product seeding: order products, track shipments, and manage budgets.
- Ensure all influencer and creator content complies with FTC regulations and internal legal guidelines.
- Coordinate content upload, tagging, and performance tracking to support cross-channel use.
User-Generated Content (UGC) Management
- Source, review, and secure permissions for high-quality UGC that aligns with brand tone and visual standards.
- Tag products, manage approvals, and maintain a steady flow of fresh UGC for use across social, web, and email channels.
- Keep homepage and social galleries updated with relevant, authentic customer content.
Content Creation & Collaboration
- Support content capture and editing across formats — including short-form video, photography, and carousels — to feed owned and influencer channels.
- Collaborate with the Content Producer to develop creative assets that can be used across multiple channels and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose influencer and UGC assets into broader marketing initiatives.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and engage with the brand community, identifying trending conversations, notable mentions, and moments that align with brand voice.
- Partner with Customer Care to manage responses in social inboxes and maintain a positive, consistent tone.
- Escalate any customer or brand issues to the Manager as needed.
Analytics & Insights
- Track and report on content and campaign KPIs established by the Manager and agency partners.
- Monitor platform trends, seasonal moments, and emerging opportunities to inform planning and creative development.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to help evolve strategy and content direction.
- Present actionable insights and ideas to the team regularly.
Qualifications
Required
- 2–3 years of experience in social media, influencer, or content marketing.
- Strong understanding of key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their best practices.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience coordinating influencer or creator campaigns.
- Knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements and influencer compliance standards.
- Proficiency with social management tools (Emplifi or similar) and basic creative tools (Canva).
- Comfort with capturing and editing content for social use.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, trend-savvy mindset with a passion for creativity and storytelling.
Preferred
- Experience in retail, furniture, or home goods.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems (Bynder).
- Experience managing UGC programs or influencer communities.
- Basic photo/video editing or production skills.
