What You’ll Do:

• Install, fabricate, and fit commercial sheet metal ductwork
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specs with confidence
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and assist with minor repairs
• Coordinate with foremen and team members to meet project deadlines
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on every job site  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4+ years of experience as a commercial sheet metal installer
• Skilled in ductwork installation, layout, and take-offs
• Proficient reading of plans, schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
