Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will manage credit accounts, oversee collections, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure timely payments and accurate account reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain customer credit files and manage accounts receivable collections.
- Conduct collection calls, document activities, and reconcile accounts.
- Research and resolve billing disputes, chargebacks, and payment discrepancies.
- Identify delinquent accounts and potential bad debt exposure.
- Respond to internal and external credit inquiries.
- Communicate collection issues to Sales and Management.
- Support special projects and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); AS/400 system experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
