Summary:
The parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering and receiving all part orders. Getting ETAs from vendors on parts and communicating with Next-Level Support to communicate this to our guests. Keeping an inventory of all parts that are carried are carried by the parts department. Shipping and receiving Fed-ex. Close service orders that are shipped and complete all Driver instruction talks. Maintain the Parts department and Parts log.
Job Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving all parts.
 - Closing open service orders when part is shipped.
 - Complete all DI- shops within 24 hours (also log them)
 - Maintain parts cage.
 - Maintain parts log.
 - Pull parts for service calls.
 - Fill floor request (parts needed by the stores)
 - Order parts for FCP (3rd party warranty)
 - Get ETAs from Vendors
 - Communicate ETAs to NLS (Next lever Support)
 
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have Supervisory Responsibilities. Reports to Parts Supervisor.
Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse.
Requirements

The employee will regularly be standing, walking, lifting, bending,
Qualifications needed to perform this position:
- GED or equivalent
 - Must be familiar with Outlook 360
 - Must be familiar with Excel.
 
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position.
