Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–7 years of experience in federal capture, business development, or government contracting.
High energy and excitement levels, strong desire to WIN!
Strong understanding of the federal procurement process and proposal development lifecycle.
Ability to read, comprehend, and then turn that understanding into well written drafts.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — enjoys networking and engaging with people.
Proven ability to research opportunities, analyze market data, and track competitors.
Experience representing a company at industry events, conferences, or meetings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Teams.
Clearance and Where You'll Work
Position is mostly remote, but candidate must be local to the DMV area (within a 2-hour driving distance)
