About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely month-end closings, and partnering across departments to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams — blending analytical precision with real-world business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead an accurate and timely month-end close process, ensuring completeness and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Partner with Purchasing and Supply Chain to validate and audit product costs.
  • Coordinate and record physical inventories, collaborating with Operations and Business Optimization teams.
  • Calculate and monitor labor and overhead allocations.
  • Support Accounts Payable and Receivable functions — guiding staff, verifying invoices, and ensuring proper documentation and disbursement.
  • Maintain fixed asset schedules and compile annual property data by entity.
  • Assist with audit preparation, selections, and supporting workpapers.
  • Develop and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
  • 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience; construction or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) — advanced Excel skills a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems and general ledger maintenance.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to build partnerships across departments.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Be part of a national leader in interior design and installation services with a strong reputation for quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with engaged leaders and cross-functional teams who value accuracy and accountability.
  • Work in a company that’s large enough to provide opportunity — and personal enough to celebrate your impact.
  • Enjoy career development, exposure to multi-entity operations, and opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow.

Our Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription)
  • Life and Disability Insurance
  • Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off
  • 401(k) Plan with Company Match
