About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A plays a key role in driving business performance through financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. This position partners with business leaders to deliver actionable insights, enhance financial processes, and support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and interpret financial results, providing insights on trends, variances, and key business drivers.

  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards to support business planning.

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports for senior management.

  • Support affiliate and consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Provide financial guidance to stakeholders and business units to achieve targets.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and analysis.

  • Create presentation materials and business review decks for leadership.

  • Collaborate across functions to resolve issues, align on assumptions, and drive results.

  • Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience

  • 3-6 years of relevant financial experience, ideally in FP&A, corporate finance, or banking.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills

  • Proven self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive proactive solutions in complex or ambiguous situations.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; skilled at building relationships and collaborating across functions, cultures and organizational levels.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $71,000-$92,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
